Gunman Dead in Shooting at University of Texas (Roundup)

Washington - The University of Texas in Austin was placed a lockdown on Tuesday morning after shots were fired in the university library.
The shooter was found dead from an, apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound on the sixth floor of the Perry-Castaneda Library, the university said in a statement. There were no reports of gunshot Other injuries, police said.
