A legal notice has Been sent to Asin, holding her Responsible for the à ¢ â, ¬ Å "loss-of-eyesightà ¢ â, ¬  of 10 Tamils in Sri Lanka.
A pro Tamil organization, HMK, Sent the Notice to Asina ¢ â, ¬ â "¢ s address in Kochi through ITS advocates, Balamurugan.
The notice said: Ã ¢ â, ¬ Å "Asin said she HAD HAD floated a Separate Trust and funded 300 surgeries for war AFFECTED Sri Lankan Tamils, and she Would not fund more surgeries in the future.Ã ¢ â, ¬ Â
The HMK youth wing general secretary Gurumurthy, in his notice, made it clear That à ¢ â, ¬ Å "10 Tamils had occurred Lost Their vision, and dozens of others have Complications Developed on Their surgeriesà ¢ â, ¬ Â.
HMK claimed That Asin and the medical team were Responsible for this botch-up, and has demanded a public apology from the actress à ¢ â, ¬ Å "for offending the Sentiments of Tamils à ¢ â, ¬ Å". Also it has asked for adéquate AFFECTED Compensation for the people.
Asin, whose Vijay-starrer Kavala is getting ready for release in December, was unavailable for comment.
