Farm Aid 25: Growing Hope for America Concert (Link)

Saturday, Farm Aid, a nonprofit Organization whose mission is Thurs keep Family Farmers is Their Land, Presented ITS 25th year concert at Miller Park in Milwaukee, WI. Farm Aid board members a Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellencamp and Dave Matthews are among the Scheduled performances.

Willie Nelson, Neil Young and John Mellencamp Organized the first Farm Aid concert in 1985 to Raise Awareness about the loss of Family Farms and to Raise Funds Thurs keep Farm Families is Their Land. Farm Aid has since then Raise More Than $ 37 Million.

Among Farm Aid's projects now include a line 1-800-FARM-AID Thurs Provide Immediate and Effective Support Services Thurs Farm Families in Crisis. Farm Aid Connects Farmers to local and regional markets. Farm Aid Also organizes campaigns Designed to Defend and bolster family farm-centered agriculture.
