FOX23 - Police are looking for a Suspect That Thurs attempted break into a car and stabbed a Southeast Tulsa homeowner, early Friday Morning. Police tell FOX23 News just before 1:30 a homeowner in the 5700 block of S. 69th E. Avenue heard his car alarm going off. The homeowner Observed an Individual outside attempting Thurs break into his car. The homeowner then Gave chase to the burglar. The homeowner caught up with the burglar in a field near Byrd Middle School, M a scuffle then ensued. The Suspect then stabbed the homeowner. The homeowner then pummeled the Suspect. The homeowner Told police they either hurt or killed the Suspect. Police arrived the scene at Byrd Middle School and Began an Extensive search for the Suspect. Police searched on the ground with K-9 units and in the air with the helicopter. Their search Came up empty.
