Dr. Chiampas Also Offered Preparation tips Thurs participants at a press conference Sunday afternoon.
They said Thurs keep hydrated, pay attention to the Event Alert System, listen to your body, study the Racecourse and Be Aware of Water and Aid Station locations.
There are 21 Medical Aid stations set up and More Than That 1.000 Medical volunteers will be on hand.
