Treasurys Up On Europe Terror Alert; 2-Yr Yield Hits Record Low

NEW YORK (Dow Jones) - Treasurys rose on Monday as Concerns About a Potential Terror Threat in Europe Drove Many investors into the safe haven of U.S. government debt.

At the peak of the buying overnight, the two-year note's yield Touched a record low of 0.399%. Major government debt in Germany and the U.K. Also strengthened while the euro and European equity markets weakened.
