A Complaint seeking the arrest and extradition of a former Survivor Producer offers chilling new details about the weeks, days and hours Leading up to the discovery of his wife's body in April in a Sewage tank at a hotel Where They Were vacationing in Mexico.
The Complaint, filed in U.S. court is On behalf of the Mexican government, makes the case for arresting Bruce Beresford-Redman in his wife Monica's death based on interviews, e-mail records, logs and more hotel.
Among the allegations Contained in the report:
• That Monica Learned about six weeks before she was killed That Beresford-Redman HAD Been having "an affair, and That they are admitted to the affair.
• That they subsequently Proposed a family trip to Cancun, and she accepted, But That They Continued Thurs about the affair - and That while in Cancun, Monica found Evidence That Beresford-Redman was still in contact with his Mistress.
• That two English teenagers staying in the room below the Beresford-Redmans' were Awakened at around 6 am on April 5 by "screams, crying for help and extremely loud banging from the room ABOVE [theirs] ... It sounded like a woman in extreme distress."
• That Beresford-Redman later Told That the hotel staff were Noises from a fight They Were having "about the Behavior of Their Children - Bout That they subsequently They Were Told Investigators from a game They Were playing with Their 3-year-old son.
• That Beresford-Redman hotel staff Told Not to enter the room all day on April 5
• That on April 6, a key card was used to open the room's door at last nine times Between midnight and 7 am, Including at Least Four Times Between 4 am and 4:15 a.m. - That and Beresford-Redman Reported his wife missing at 7 am
• That Monica's body was found on April 8 in a Sewage-tank on the hotel grounds. An autopsy found she Died by Asphyx by Suffocation, and she HAD That is bruising her face and a blunt head wound.
• That a forensic expert found stains in the couple's room That Tested "presumptively positive" for the presence of blood.
• That DURING an April 7 interview with the Investigator, Mr. Beresford-Redman HAD scratches or abrasions on Both hands, behind his ear, it is his left shin and is his right Ankle, Which Happened "when they said they was a climbing wall and swimming Slippery is EARLIER the vacation.
• That a friend of Mr. Beresford-Redman's spoke Thurs him by phone on April 7, and said they sounded as if they were reading from the script, with no emotionless.
Beresford-Redman was Arrested at his home on Tuesday in Los Angeles and is EE at a hearing on Saturday.
