Veterans Day Observances in the Caldwells


 Veterans Day is a federal holiday set aside Thurs honor U.S. Military Veterans Which dates back to 1919. Also known as Armistice Day or Remembrance Day, Veterans Day is Observed on Nov.. 11, the anniversary of the Armistice That Ended World War I.
On Thursday, the Following Veterans Day observances will take place in the Caldwells:

North Caldwell will hold a Veterans Day Ceremony at 8 am in front of the flagpole is Gould Avenue next to Borough Hall.

West Caldwell will hold a ceremony at 9 a.m. at the flagpole at Crane Park.

Caldwell will hold a ceremony on the Green on Friday, Nov. 11, at 11 a.m. More than 300 students from Lincoln and Jefferson elementary schools and Trinity Academy are EE to join the Veterans and Other Spectators. The Green is located at the intersection of Bloomfield and Roseland Avenues.
