Yesterday Shakti Stream was driving an SUV with Colt Brennan boyfriend "when she crossed into the opposite lane and collided with Another woman's car. Stream was Able Thurs exit the car of her own accord and was transported to North Hawaii Community Hospital, Where she is now in Serious Condition.
Brennan and Stream Have Been dating since his days as a record-setting quarterback at the University of Hawaii, Where they Graduated in 2007.
