Teresa Scanlan, Miss Nebraska, beat out 52 Other Competitors Thurs Become Miss America in 2011 she and her crown Accepted with humble tears Filing Her Eyes. The new Miss America 2011 is the youngest winner in over 90 years as she is only 17 years old. The 2011 Miss America Pageant was Held last night as Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is the first time a Miss Nebraska has won the Miss America Pageant Also so Teresa Scanlan has Given the Cornhusker State a Reason to Be Proud. Teresa Graduated early from Gering High School Where She Took courses Thurs double finish in the eleventh grade. She Plans to go Thurs Law School and Eventually Would like to Become a Judge. We talked to a friend of Teresa's who Told CMR, "She deserves this more than just anybody. Teresa is always so kind Thurs everyone and is always there Thurs Lend a hand if we need help. "It is good to Know Such Teresa has a kind heart and she Will Be Able Thurs help a lot of people as she tours this year as Miss America in 2011.
