Baddeley Holds Off Singh at Riviera, Where Generation Gap Is 2 Shots

LOS ANGELES - After four years of searching, and 95 tournaments without a victory, Aaron Baddeley, finally put it all Together Again on Sunday. On a chilly, bright day at Riviera Country Club, Baddeley won the Northern Trust Open with a rebuilt swing and newfound resolve.After somethings starting the day with a one-stroke lead, Baddeley trailed just once - after Fred Couples birdied the First Three Holes Thurs REACH 12 under par. But the 51-year-old Couples Fell back with a bogey at the sixth and a double bogey at the seventh. Baddeley, seized the lead at the Well. 7 with a birdie and never looked back en route to his third to PGA Tour victory.

Baddeley, a 29-year-old Australian, finished with a round of 69 for a total of 12-under 272 and a two-stroke margin over Vijay Singh closed with WHO 69 Kevin Na, WHO Began the day one stroke back, shot a 71 Thurs finish third, Three strokes behind.
