Here are the key points:

• Gaddafi Is Not standing down or leaving the country. They said they Would not Die in Libya "as a Martyr. "

• They Called upon his supporters Thurs take back the streets from the WHO Have Been Those rebelling against his rule. They Said They Should go out tonight and "Chase Them".
