Rick Sanchez is looking for work after they made headlines on Thursday for a controversial satellite radio show interview.
Sanchez appeared on the Sirius XM Program for Stand-Up with Pete Dominick, M, they called the The Daily Show's John Stewart, a "Bigot" and Suggested That "everybody WHO runs the CNN" was Jewish.
On Friday, CNN stopped short of saying the anchor HAD Been fired over the comments.
"Rick Sanchez is no longer with the company," the network said in a statement. "We thank Rick for his years of service and we wish him well."
Sanchez joined CNN in September 2004.
The network said his 3 to 5 p.m. Daily spot will be filled by CNN Newsroom for the "foreseeable future."
