Punk Princess Avril Lavigne has officially filed for divorce from Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley and is currently dating 'That 70's Show' actor, Wilmer Valderrama. The Canadian 'Sk8ter Boi' singer has cited the reason for the divorce is irreconcilable differences after marrying Whibley in 2006. The pint-sized rock singer has recently launched her own fragrance, "Black Star" in August 2009 and she is currently in Mexico city to perform for the 'Télétoon' charity event for disabled children.
25 year-old Lavigne is has moved with her love life with 29 year-old Valerrama after being friends for 5 years. The two first met at the Fast Food Nation campaign in 2005 and according to Life & Style Magazine, Lavigne and Valderrama started to date in October 2009.
Valderrama is known for his playboy antiques dating after a string of Hollywood starlets such as Lindsay Lohan, Mandy Moore and reportedly has had a brief Stint with Jessica Alba. However, things are not looking bleak for Lavigne's soon-to-be former HUBBY AS Whibley is said to have started seeing 21 year-old singer-model Hanna Beth Merjos. The two were spotted walking hand-in-hand entering a restaurant.
In 2003, before meeting his wife, the Sum 41 guitarist and lead vocal briefly dated U.S. socialite Paris Hilton.
