The Politics of Breast Cancer has gone official with the "Pink Glove" Dance ", a YouTube sensation created right here in Portland, Oregon. Over 200 doctors, nurses, lab technicians, administrators and kitchen and Janitorial staff from the Providence St. Vincent Medical Center star in the "Pink Glove" Dance ", dancing and singing Thurs Jay Sean's R & B song" Down "to help raise funds in the fight Against Breast Cancer.
The video has gone official, with over 3 million views.
The "Pink Glove" Dance "is named for the pink exam gloves worn by everyone in the video. The video was filmed throughout the hospital on Nov. 4 to help raise funds in the fight against breast cancer. A portion of the sales from the Pink exam gloves will fund mammograms for uninsured women.
