The Disney Marathon 2010 Results Are Now Official. The results as reported by Disney's official site have been posted. For the men, Adriana Bastos came in first with a time of 2:22:08. He was followed by Costa Fredison at 2:22:40, and Jay Lumpkins at 2:26:21. On the women's side of things, Lisa Muizutani placed first with a time of 2:51:18, followed by Christa Benton at 2:56:41 and Elena Linn at 2:58:39.
The Disney marathon race officially began at 05:40:44 EST. There were three separate race results with the Marathon, Half Marathon and Mickey Mile.
