AFPC is Making Some Changes

The Air Force is changing generals and AFPC gives new civilians web access to former personnel folders.


The Air Force Personnel Center, AFPC, is making some changes "this month.

According to the News of Today, the center announced That civilians will now not have a 60 day access period on Leaving the Air Force Thurs log into Their electronic Official Personnel Folder. They'll be Able to Log into AFPC Their accounts with a User Name and Password, and download important documents you directly from the Website from the comfort of Their own homes INSTEAD of waiting, weeks Perhaps, for the forms-Thurs arrive by mail.

In Other news, Maj. Gen. K.C. McClain. stepped down from the leadership position of the AFPC and headed Thurs Retirement on 33 years of service. Gen. A.J. Stewart is taking over the Randolph Air Force Base in Texas earlier this month. More than 500 people attended Maj. Gen. McClain's goodbye ceremony, the Air Force Times reports.
