Ambrose, Keat Collect Titles at Ironman Louisville

Great Britain's Paul Ambrose flirted with a course record as they won at his first Ironman title on Sunday in Louisville, while Australia's Rebekah provides clear won her third to Ironman career on the women's side.

Ambrose finished in 8 hours, 29 minutes and 59 seconds, beating Denmark's Martin Jensen (8:41:54) by Almost 12 mintues. The Brit Came in from the swim Nearly four minutes behind American John Flanagan, vain soon Passed him on the bike en route to a 4:31:36 bike split. Ambrose then ran a 3:05:09 marathon.

American Max Longree Came in at 8:50:10 in the third to the 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike, 26.2-mile run triathlon.
