• First Horizon Insurance Group recently Hired Joseph A. Warren as a commercial insurance Producer Thurs service the Knoxville market insurance in the ITS division. • Friends of ORNL ITS will hold monthly luncheon lecture meeting from 11 am to 1 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 18. This month, Robert G. Kennedy III will discuss the Star War Programs That were Pursued by Both the Americans and Russians from the 1970s 1990s Thurs. His talk is titled "The Real Goldeneye," and is based on their source material has been uncovered. Meeting is open to the public and will be Held at The University of Tennessee resource Center, 1201 Oak Ridge Turnpike. 

• East Tennessee Public Television, a nonprofit, viewer-supported public television station and the local PBS affiliate, is Changing the ITS name Thurs East Tennessee PBS. • William C. Gibson, MD, FACS, has joined Premier Surgical Associates as a general surgeon in the group's Park West offices. Gibson lives with at his wife, Carolyn, and Their Three children in the Farragut area. 

• Maryville-based Rainscapes recently Acquired Knoxville-based Duck Irrigation to create the largest irrigation Contractor in the Greater Knoxville area with a customer base of more than just 4.000.
