National Geographic Kids Launches Animal Jam Virtual World

National Geographic Kids is launching a new virtual world called the National Geographic Animal Jam, Developed by Smart Bomb Interactive. The world is built around the novel concept of Educating kids about animals by letting Them explore a world called the Country with animal avatars. The virtual world will feature mini-games, trivia challenges, chat, and Opportunities to learn about science and nature. 

National Geographic Animal Jam will integrate rich multimedia content from National Geographic's archives for the first time for months in the National Geographic branded software. Players will be Able to watch video features, look up photos, and access a library of facts about the world's animal, plant, insect and Species. Players earn a virtual currency called the Gems As They participate in the world, wakes They spend Thurs Can Customize Their avatars.
