FLORENCE - The University of North Alabama has ranked Been Among the top 100 regional Universities in the South, According to a 2011 survey released by the U.S. News and World Report.
It's the second year the four-year school has made the rankings. This year, it ranked 66th. Other regional Universities in Alabama That ranked in the report include Spring Hill College in Mobile at 17th, the University of Montevallo at 40th, the University of South Alabama at 52nd, the University of Mobile at 59th and 65th at Troy University.
In a Separate category, The University of Alabama Came in 34th and Auburn University 38th Among National Universities as part of the U.S. News and World Report Findings. Auburn and Alabama are the state's two largest schools, and They Both inched up in the rankings. In last year's report, Alabama was 43rd, while Auburn was 39th.
