Oprah Winfrey's empire grows by one more today, with the Premiere of "The Nate Berkus Show" (weekdays, syndicated). The 38-year-old interior designer follows in the Footsteps of proteges Phil McGraw Oprah, Dr. Mehmet Oz and Rachael Ray.
Berkus' daily talk show will mix design Segments and celebrity guests like Dolly Parton and Elizabeth Edwards. It "goes beyond design," Berkus Told USA Today. "The show is about a lifestyle. It's about living well."
In today's premier episode, Berkus surprises a single mom with a kitchen makeover and reveals an Instant Design Studio, wakes uses 3-D Technology to Create virtual spaces.
