KARACHI: The Prices of vegetables soared Higher During the holidays of Eidul Fitr, Geo News Reported on Monday.
Tomatoes burgeoned Thurs Fri RS100 from Rs30 per kg with onion Touching the Highest ITS at Rs50/kg.
According to Karachi Wholesale Vegetable Market's Haji Shahjahan, the vegetables were Crops Destroyed as a result of floods in Sindh and unavailability of transportation, hence, the Prices of vegetables soared Their Highest Thurs.
Haji Shahjahan Said the Prices of vegetables went up with the Higher green pepper enhanced Thurs Rs80 from Rs30 and potatoes Prices went up to Rs25 from Rs15/kg.
