The New Jersey Star-Ledger reports Sbraga That will open a 40-seat restaurant in Philadelphia with an ever-changing menu. "It's about food That constantly evolves," they said. "In the supermarket in Philadelphia and South Jersey, there's really nothing like this concept. I Really Want To Be Able Thurs showcase myself and showcase great food ... I Want to constantly push myself. I Do not Want To Be There boundaries."

As for Grimm (photo at right), he's buying his grandparents, the WHO raised him, a home in New Orleans. They lost it all during Easy Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
