Blue Angels practiced today and will return Friday for the San Francisco Fleet Week Air Show
Fleet Week Began is Thursday, October 7 If you were anywhere near the San Francisco waterfront, you undoubtedly heard the roar of the Blue Angels practicing for the weekend in San Francisco Fleet Week 2010 Air Show.
If you want to see the show for yourself, here's the schedule:
Thursday, October 7, and Friday October 8, 2010: Blue Angels Practice Between 1-4 pm The best viewing area for the practice sessions and the real show are the Marina Green, Aquatic Park, Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39 A good viewing map is here. You Can Also get a pretty good view from the Marin Headlands. If you are viewing from the Marin Headlands, click here to read an article from the Marin Independent Journal about road closures.
The Blue Angels show is on Satudray and Sunday at 3 pm But Be Advised That The Show Will Be Canceled for fog.
