Dharamshala, India - Tibet's spiritual leader the Exiled Dalai Lama on Friday welcomed the awarding of the Nobel Peace Prize Thurs jailed Chinese Dissident Liu Xioabo, and Called for His Immediate release.
"Awarding the Peace Prize Thurs him is the international community's Increasing Recognition of the voices among the Chinese people in China Pushing Towards Political, Legal and Constitutional Reforms," the Dalai Lama, the WHO won the prize in 1989, said in a statement.
