Faber, of Somerville, Mass.. finished in 2:41:06.
Michael Wardian of Arlington, Va.. Won his sixth marathon of the year, finishing the 26.2-mile race in 2:24:38.
Pat Tarpy of Providence, R.I. was second (2:25:01) and Jeff Howley of Providence was the third to (2:25:10).
Michelle Lowry, of Woodland Hills, Utah was the second women's finisher (2:47:09) and Eileen Combs of Schenectady, NY was the third to (2:51:43).
