Kazmi arrested from court as bail rejected

Rawalpindi-Former Minister for Religious Affairs Hamid Saeed Kazmi was Arrested on Tuesday from Premises of a court here on the Court Rejected the bail plea of the former minister of Hajj in corruption case.

Special Judge Central Sohail Nasir Rejected interim bail plea extension of Kazmi, Ordering of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to arrest him in the Court Premises. Kazmi's was the interim bail till Tuesday.

The judge Observed That There Were Serious Corruption Charges against him, the Therefore, his bail plea Could not Be Accepted. Kazmi Would Be Presented before the court today (Wednesday) for judicial remand.

Kazmi, in his bail plea claimed That the case was filed against him is Political Grounds and That ITS FIA despite all-out Efforts had occurred failed to Present Solid Evidence against him.
