Bethel College Ranks 16 in U.S. News Media Group’s America’s Best Colleges

Mishawaka, IND., Aug. 17, 2010 - Bethel earned the 16th spot Among the Midwest's Best Baccalaureate Colleges in the 2011 edition of "America's Best Colleges" by U.S. News Media Group. That's up four spots from last year's rank and the Highest Ranking Bethel has ever Received from the media group. In the Midwest category there are 94 schools. Nationally there are 319 schools in this category and Overall Bethel Came in at 40 putting it in the top 12 PERCENT of the Best Baccalaureate Colleges. 

The 2011 America's Best Colleges package provides a list of how more than just 1.400 accredited four-year schools compare on a set of 15 indicators. Among the Many Factors weighed in Determining the rankings, the Key Measures of quality are: peer assessment, graduation and retention rates, faculty resources, student selectivity, financial 'resources, alumni Giving and graduation rate performance (National Universities and Liberal Art Colleges).
