A few county workplaces are shut, Such as Those in Monroe, Madison and St. Charles counties. The Majority of the Municipal Work Places Will Be Open Today. The Illinois Secretary of State workplaces are shut.
E-MAIL: The U.S. Postal Service post offices are shut today; there'll be no normal mail delivery.
LIBRARIES: The Majority of public libraries are open.
STORES: The Majority of advertised grocery shops and shopping malls are open normal hours.
Attractions: The Gateway Arch, the St. Louis Zoo, the Missouri History Museum, the Science Center and the Missouri Botanical Garden are open normal hours. The St. Louis Art Museum is Frequently shut on Mondays.
