UPDATE: A two-vehicle crash is blocking Northbound traffic is Williams Boulevard near the SW 16th Avenue SW intersection.
The crash appears Thurs involve a car and a delivery truck Pella. It's unclear if anyone is hurt. The crash was reported around 8:15 a.m.
Meanwhile, traffic is Northbound Interstate 380 through downtown Cedar Rapids is moving again after a crash near the 5-in-1 bridge Slowed traffic this morning.
The crash, just north of the bridge, was reported around 7:45 am, and shut down at least two lanes of Northbound traffic. Reports indicate a semi-trailer truck and a car collided.
Traffic has now cleared on I-380, and police are waiting for a tow truck Thurs clear the scene.
