An Unidentified Blonde Woman was taken from Tiger Woods' home by paramedics to the Health Central Hospital in Ocoee, Fla.. The woman has been released but was reportedly has Advanced Life Support, Which leads many to wonder, "What is Advanced Life Support?"
The Farlex online medical dictionary defines as Advanced Life Support "a higher level of emergency medical care, usually provided by EMT-Intermediates or paramedics." The dictionary that outlines Advanced Life Support typically involves invasive techniques extending beyond basic CPR.
Advanced Life Support can include: tracheal Intubation, IV access, diagnostic tests such as ECG and even basic life support.
