Larry Wilcox Charged in Penny Stock Manipulation Fraud

Larry Wilcox, Who Is Best Known for His Role in chips, as Officer Jon Baker, is now on the other side of the law Himself. The 63 year old Wilcox has Been Charged by the Security and Exchange Commission, Along with Several Other Penny Stock Promoters for conspiracy, wire fraud, mail fraud, and securities fraud. This is all stemming from his Alleged manipulation of penny stocks. The SEC alleges That Wilcox participated in "Various Illicit KickBack Schemes Thurs Manipulate the volume and price of microcap stocks and illegally generate stock sales."
Allegedly, they set up a pink sheet company called the UC Hub Group, Inc. Which They Used To conceal his fraudulent kickbacks from Operations. These Are Not Criminal Charges HOWEVER. More than likely there will be large Fines levied against Wilcox and his partners.
Penny stocks are Known To Be manipulated. The SEC does everything in it's Power to stop fraud related to microcap stock trading, HOWEVER, due to the low volume, and volatile Swings in Prices, These stocks often CAN be manipulated under the radar.
Larry Wilcox is famous for his Role in the Chips Which series aired from 1977 Thurs 1983. They did most of his own stunts on the show, and made an Estimated $ 25,000 Fri episodes by 1980.
